Executive in Beverage Industry Supply Chains
In the last week of June the first module of our new Executive Course took place. The participants were senior managers in supply chain positions without a background as master brewers. We gave them knowledge and tools to be able to discuss and challenge their master brewers. In the first module the subjects were production from raw materials all the way to the packaged beer. Team exercises and plant visits forms an important part of the course. The second module is scheduled to take place at the end of November. The subjects for the second module will be utilities, maintenance, warehousing, packaging materials, supply chain and continous improvement.
Yeast cells were studied and counted in a microscope.
